Pete Vakakes was recommended by a relative as one that would work tirelessly to sell the property that I had. He knew the territory and what property was selling for so that I could get the best price. Since I live in another part of the state, it was critical to have someone working in my best interest. Pete kept me up to date on the views of the land by sending a monthly report. After the 1st contract failed to produce the figures I was looking for, Pete and his team went back to work and found a buyer willing to make the deal! I never felt pressured to sell, or to give up trying to sell. I appreciated his patience working with a first time seller. My only regret is that I can't use him to sell my current home when that time comes since I live on the other side of the state! Most of my communication with The Pete Vakakis Team was by email updates. When I was contacted, and throughout the sale, Pete was always polite. Phone calls were promptly returned. Questions were answered with understanding and clarity. Even in my indecision, Pete was patient and willing to work with me. Since I was selling a parcel of land that was an inheritance, I was not in a rush to sell. I was able to wait for the right price.

Pete is the best!! He went above and beyond every step of the process. He was always available and willing to help at a moments notice. We simply couldn't have asked for a better agent. He made the process of buying a home in another state easy.
