Excellent performance, esp handling the details. Pete and his team did an excellent job, esp dealing with a difficult mortgage company. Pete took care of a lot of problems and was always looking out for our interests. We met Pete at an open house and we decided to continue to use Pete. Pete worked with us for over 2 years looking for the right place. Pete started out as out real estate agent and now he is our friend.

In our search for beach property over the last several years, we contacted the listing agent of whatever particular property we were interested in. Pete was by far the most qualified and most concerned with our desires than anyone else we had dealt with previously. Pete and his team spent many hours answering questions, making many appointments to show us properties, tracking down information in a timely manner, and sharing answers to questions we didn't know to ask about multiple properties over the last year, showing so much patience, care and understanding that was above and beyond the call of duty. In our early discussions, we discovered that Pete and I were both from Birmingham and Pete had started his real estate career there and had known my father, who was also a realtor. Pete spoke highly of my father's reputation in the real estate community. We can testify today than Pete's professionalism truly honors my father's legacy. On a scale of 1-10, Pete and The Pete Vakakes Team rate a 20!

We had seen the Meyer sign on beach rentals when we had been to Gulf Shores so I called the Meyer office and asked if they could recommend and agent who was knowledgeable about purchasing property for rental. Luckily I was referred to Dallas. As soon as I told him what we were interested in and our budget he started sending me appropriate listings by email. In this case appropriate is the important point and the reason we chose to come to Gulf Shores to meet with him. After we toured properties Dallas provided market analyses of the properties we were considering purchasing. He also looked into the associations for probable assessments. Once we made a decision and made an offer Dallas took us through the entire process without any issues that could occur with buyers who are out of town. He met the inspector and did so mush of the leg work that we couldn't do. We always felt that we were a priority for Dallas. He was awesome during negotiations. His service was well beyond what we expected. Could not have been better. We would definitely use Dallas again and refer him to friends without reservation.

I feel like I not only gained a new condo but a new friend. Thank you Kim for all you did.

Kim Ellis was very easy to work with, very professional, and super nice. She would call us and let us know what was going on with the property and if we need to reduce the price or stay the same. I would highly recommend her to work with anyone on selling their property. Dallas did an absolutely terrific job through the entire transaction. He kept us informed on condo listing based on our needs. We were able to negotiate quickly and effectively through Dallas. All requested repairs were completed and Dallas kept us informed the whole way through. Thanks for the special closing gift, it just showed us how important even some of the smaller details are important to Dallas. Terrific job all the way around!
