She goes well beyond what's expected of her and is able to manage the "for sale" property from a real estate perspective, as well as a home improvement (work, contractors, etc.) perspective; to maximize the value of your sale. From a buyer's protective, she's patient and meticulous to find the exact home you're looking for. I have sold two homes, bought my main home, and rented two properties several times with Susan's help. Her work is outstanding!

Seller reviewSusan came well recommended. We had tried to sell our house two years ago and failed miserably after having it on the market for nearly a year. This time the sale came so fast. Very Impressive. Susan earned her commission. This house took nearly a month in renovations prior to getting it on the market. I live out of state. She managed three different contractors the entire time and was always able to keep my interests at heart. When there was a dispute as to project extent and cost, she made the dispute go away. She was fantastic. I can't recommend her highly enough.
