Karen Wiener is the Agent that assisted us throughout our home buying process. My wife and I were only interested in buying a home in one specific community in Longs, SC because two of our lifelong friends already owned homes in that community. After doing a property search I found a house in that neighborhood that I was interested in posted on the Century 21 Barefoot Realty website. Karen sent me an email offering to answer any questions that I had about that property and to help with my search. After a week or so, I reached out to Karen asking for her help with learning more about that house. I live in Massachusetts and due to Covid-19 travel restrictions and being unable to travel to Longs to see the house in person Karen did a 45 minute live video tour of the home for us.
