Buyer reviewWe saw a couple properties listed in Barefoot landing so we called Century 21 office there. We were put through to Angie Angie was able to get some money off on purchase price, which we appreciated. Angie knows her stuff! We acted quickly to present our offer. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Angie. She answered all our questions in a timely manner including evenings and weekends. She was honest and we felt comfortable she knew the area well. She was professional, upbeat and cheerful Angie was our favorite staff member at Century 21. We felt confident that Angie would cover the details and not leave anything really important out of conversations. We both agreed she was/is honest and wanted to help us purchase an unit.

Buyer reviewFirst time ever purchasing vacation property, out of state, sight unseen. You can imagine the handholding and anxiety reduction Angie had to manage. She never missed a beat! Answered most questions before we even had a chance to think about asking them. She stayed in touch with us well after the closing until we were able to get to the property. It was everything she had prepared us for. No surprises other than pleasant ones! She shared local hotspots and offered tips! If anyone is considering a move to NMB and vicinity…they should contact Angie Tavik! A mentor once shared with me that, "Friends do business with friends in good times and bad…so go make some friends." Angie made friends out of us! Her positivity is infectious! So much fun to work with in a stressful situation. She's FABULOUS!

Buyer reviewWe failed to originally take her advice about a local lender. I am not ashamed at all to tell our story. We had a preapproval letter and I guess, maybe just not interested in changing mortgage lenders at the time. We had a bunch of small hiccups due to the out of town lender, and that company not understanding the condos in Barefoot--which was nerve racking and frustrating for everyone. Angie was on it before it became an even bigger problem. She tried to help our out of town lender, but they decided to release our paperwork to a local NMB Lender. Because of Angie Tavik's excellent relationships in the RE industry/community, we had a new lender and a prompt close date. If we can help any other buyers-- please take the professional advice from your trusted agent. We would recommend Angela Tavik at Century 21 Barefoot Realty again and again and again! Huge thank you to a true professional who truly changed our world!
