Cody made our experience very easy. He listened to everything we needed. Cody was professional. He was upfront with everything. Took his time with explaining the processes, along with everything we were signing. I instantly felt I could trust Cody. I will definitely choose Cody again if we ever sell another home.

Cody knows the sales side as well as anyone, but he really excels at the value side of properties. His value assessment gave us the confidence to know what we listed at was right were we wanted to be, and we were able to get an over asking offer just as he said might happen. He is also very even keel, and helps to keep stressful situations calm. When I was at times over excited, he was steady, which I needed. When our appraisal of the house didn't come in were we expected, I paid for a second appraisal on my own, based on Cody's assessment value of our house, and the second appraisal came out exactly where we needed and exactly where Cody had assessed it at. His assessment was the single most important part of the process for our home sale. Its not just thrown together either, it researched and based on market numbers. I trusted him and it paid off big time. Also, really important, we never, ever, felt like he wanted us to do anything not in our best interest, which was really important to our family of six. Never felt pushed. Always when we were ready. Even now he has shown us so many houses I can't count, and never once complained, always when were ready. Cody also has a very good list of resources that came in handy. Cody is our man moving forward from here on out. He earned it and we fully trust him, so should you!!! My kids love him too!!!

When I met Cody, his attention to details, honest opinions, and empathetic nature are the reasons I chose him to represent my interests. Cody went above and beyond! He took my calls ASAP and always communicated any changes right away. I loved how he shared his opinions when asked, but never guided me one way or the other. He really cared about my concerns or excitement. It was extremely appreciated. I also loved that if Cody didn't know something, he was honest and then would further educate himself. He was confident, but humble and never acted arrogant or rude. I think Cody will have a very successful career. I feel lucky to have found him!

We really only have positive things to say about Kelly. She was easy to work with, patient with us (especially me and my pickiness). She responded quickly to our texts and was readily available to set up viewing appointments for us. Above all us, Kelly is a friendly, personable woman who extended her friendship to us as we looked for a house. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Tom was awesome to work with, he was very patient and talked us through every step of the way. He did a great job informing us and helping us find our first home.
