Zach was mindful of our requests and budget and very good at explaining the process and keeping everything on track. He was not pushy, and once we were under contract, he kept everything moving with the closing process so we could close on time. Most importantly, her manner, knowledge and will to please and succeed, takes the process from sand to silk. I am very familiar with real estate brokerages, such as Sotheby's and Engler Volker in Manhattan as my ex-wife worked for both, Ms Pooles caliber, poise and drive would certainly recommend her to either, without reserve. I can't imagine working with anyone else. Zach was also very responsive to every text and phone call, and we knew that he would be there when we needed him. He really is a great guy. Seller reviewRachel Poole never gave up on us. For nearly two years, she has sent us listings knowing we were only casually looking. Occasionally, something would spark our interest and when it did, she was ready to set up appointments to see homes. Because she was always looking, she found our dream home and was ready to take action when quick action was necessary. We didn't think it was possible to get an offer accepted without being the highest, but she was strategic and communicative with the sellers agent to find out exactly what was important to them, ultimately leading to our offer being accepted. On top of that, Rachel was able to find an off market buyer for our existing home. It couldn't have been more perfect. We required a lease back and felt discouraged that we wouldn't find a buyer willing and able to do that, but she did. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience and feel like everything aligned perfectly thanks to Rachel's tenacity and skills.
