We knew from then on we had to go forward with him. Zach was able to persist for us on a very unusual negotiation with the seller agent. And an even more unusual residency situation on our end. There is no doubt in our minds that if we did not have him in our corner we would not be sitting in this particular house which we love. Zach has a way of getting all the business done up front so we can really celebrate our wins and have fun on the backend. He is like the Mullet of the real-estate business, and this is meant in the best way.
