MADISON, N.J. (Dec. 31, 2014) – CENTURY 21 Real Estate, the iconic brand and franchisor of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organization, today announced it has earned a dozen advertising and marketing awards in 2014 for its innovative real-time social and digital marketing initiatives. The brand’s award-winning campaigns, coupled with its Social Xchange suite of tools and technologies announced last March, have served together as a great springboard to further the social media efforts of its System members.

In an effort to reach a younger demographic of home buyers and sellers in an original and culturally relevant way, CENTURY 21 Real Estate created shareable social media moments via a mix of content – photos, memes and videos – across the brand’s popular social channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Instagram and Pinterest.
