Outside, some details: The septic is a state of the art DEP septic, and the well is on the other side of the house--there is a covered 3-car carport with lots of extra space and storage, also a stone barbeque that encourages wood grilling, even on a rainy day. There is also an additional shed on the property. Furthermore, the exterior stonework is lovely, in fact, you pull into the parking area between two fieldstone pillars, and there are pillars flanking the flagstone path to the front door on the porch. There are mature perennial plantings, and a patio off the kitchen on the side lawn, as well as a wood deck in the very back of the house. And if you run out of places to be, you can always take the steps up the side yard into the woods and lose yourself in a forest ramble--good practice for preparing to climb Slide Mountain just up the road!
