Buyer reviewAbraham helped our son and daughter get into their own condos in Salt Lake. He found our ADA condo in Lehi. He sold our townhouse for way more than we thought we could ever get out of it. Two of the three condos we purchased the past eight months were for the asking price! We could not have done any of these things without him. He is knowledgeable about buying and selling homes from start to finish. I guess the best thing I could say about Abraham is that he is trustworthy. Seller reviewAbraham helped our son get into a condo last year. He did the same thing for our daughter earlier this year. He is very knowledgeable and guided us as to how to bid, etc. They we able to purchase their condos for very good prices! We also decided to move. We wouldn't consider anyone else but Abraham. He found our new build condo. It was exactly what my wife wanted. We got it for the asking price. His marketing plan for the sale of our townhouse gave us way more than we ever thought we could get. Great service and the knowledge needed to buy and sell in this difficult market. He even arranged for us to stay in our townhouse for up to sixty days after closing for free. That was a lifesaver. But, the most important thing Abraham offered us was trust. We trusted him every step of the way with all three transactions. You are fortunate to have such a competent and personal agent.
