Alex is originally from the coastal town of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida although he has been in Washington almost 14 years now. He's been in Real Estate going on 2 years, and have some great teachers, mentors and role models to lead on a path to a great future in this business.

He has strong goals he want to achieve for the next several years to come. He would like to be a top agent of how quick his timelines are in which he sell homes no matter the condition. By using what he has already obtained and obtaining an amazing new pipeline of buyers who know and trust, Alex can deliver exactly what their needs are, even if they are unsure he can help then find exactly what they need by being able to listen and read clients very well on a personal level. Not only having the goals of being a strong agent, Alex has been brought up by one of the greatest mentors in Washington who has 30 plus years of experience when it comes to investing in Real Estate.

So he would like to continue to expand that aspect of his business and help clients build a strong investment portfolio for themselves if this is what they desire, by being able to access great wholesale deals or locating the perfect opportunity quickly for my clients from my rapidly growing list of connections. Alex also runs the wholesale division of Sellee.com for almost 2 years now, so he has a specialty in acquiring investors and wholesaling investment projects. Alex is excited about sharing what he has previously learned there and now expanding his knowledge into the retail market with a great company like Century 21, and also learning all the tools and resources they have to use to build an incredible marketing system and team that would impress anyone trying to sell or buy a home.
