I have now been dealing with Amy for the better part of 6+ years and would never consider using another agent. six years ago we were referred to Amy by a friend of the family and this was when our budget was really small and finding anything for our price point was very slim. Amy took us around without hesitation, like we had a 3 million dollar budget, she never got frustrated, never seemed hopeless (although we felt that way, lol) she stayed positive, was very informative and what I love about her most is she is a straight shooter, who will always keep your best interest at heart..... she's not going to tell you what you want to hear over what you need to hear. All the cards get laid on the table and she always has you as the buyer or seller 1st on the priority list. Needless to say, my wife and I stayed in touch with Amy, our budget increased and we went back on the hunt after about a year break from looking. Amy broadened our search area, we found our first home, made lots of memories, great friends and loved our home. So when we started to run short on room there was never a question as to who we were going to call. Amy came through gave us a overview of what we needed to spruce up, we put our house on the market, sold it in no time and guess who also found us our dream and forever home............. yup!!!!!May 2019

Amy spoke at a workshop I attended at CDCLI. I knew after her presentation that I wanted her as our broker. Unfortunately, my boyfriend's parents strongly suggested we use the realtor that got them their home 16 years ago so we did. That turned out to be a nightmare, after 4 months of house searching I had to get rid of her. The relationship just didn't work. I felt her and her partner (especially her partner) just wanted to sell me any house and they didn't really care about what it was I was really looking for. They were also sellers agents, maybe that played a role. I called Amy and she's had our back ever since! She's NEVER made me feel like she would let me buy a piece of crap house. She always gives her honest opinion and she was very helpful with ideas that would help make a house more to my preference. She always went above and beyond to try to get us the house of our dreams. And she succeeded! She's the best. I highly recommend her to everyone!!!!!!!!!
