We met Andy at an open house for a home that appealed to us. We had never met him before. There was instant rapport. While the home that we were interested in that he represented was out of our reach at the time, Andy was genuine in his desire to continue helping us. He advised, counseled and communicated beyond any expectation. He maintains a perfect balance of keeping us updated, being available whenever needed, following through thoroughly and doing everything he says he will do at exactly the time promised. His honesty and integrity is of such high caliber that one is taken aback because it is unusually keen--most refreshing. We appreciate his pleasant personality, sense of humor and rock solid competence. He knows his business, area, market and options inside out. He is extremely attentive to needs and maintains a cheerful optimism that is a constant source of encouragement. He has shepherded two difficult and urgent transactions for us during the course of the last year and we do not know what we would have done without him. If Andy did not exist, he would need to be invented. He made difficult processes as straightforward and timely as possible--under challenging circumstances. Andy navigated some truly sticky situations with diligence and dedication. He worked extremely diligently and well with all parties involved--his office, other agents, buyers, sellers, finance reps, contractors--everyone. Andy is diplomatic, prepared, service oriented, able to multi-multi task, and he keeps all involved on the same page with polite urgency. His work is second to none and he produces excellent results. Our second transaction undergone with Andy's assistance was particularly difficult due to timing issues on our end, financing challenges and extremely busy work schedules. It would be difficult to know how Andy could have been more helpful. We had a frankly difficult home to sell because of an issue regarding the number of bedrooms (technically three, but one bedroom was without a closet). Despite this situation, Andy marketed the daylights out of it and was careful to work closely with us. He exhausted all avenues to reach buyers, held numerous open houses, maintained sensitivity to our own needs and constraints--and did it all cheerfully.
We have worked with many professionals through many transactions through many years. Andy is the finest professional we have ever encountered in any profession.
