This was my first time working with Angie, who was recommended by a friend in the area. I live in San Diego and own a mortgage and real estate company. I was purchasing our first investment property in the Roscoe area. We could not have been more impressed by the genuine customer service Angie Brothers gave us throughout the entire transaction. She was responsive, knowledgeable (a lot of things in real estate are different out there compared to San Diego), friendly, and went above and beyond several times. Angie found us a property prior to it hitting the market. We were able to submit an offer on that property prior to going live to the public and got it under contract. Prior to that Angie facetimed with me on several other properties in the area trying to find the right home in the right neighborhood. After the offer was accepted I flew out to Roscoe. By the time I arrived she had all the inspections lined up, and had 3 property managers to meet with us at the house. The following day we saw about 8 properties in the surrounding areas of Machesney Park, and Rockton as I wanted to get more familiar with the area... even though we were not purchasing another property on this trip. We were able to close on the property without any hiccups and Angie kept us informed throughout the entire transaction. I cannot express our gratitude for her patience, and attention to detail. I was very impressed with her, and I am not a person who is impressed easily. My family and I look forward to purchasing more properties in the near future with Angie Brothers. Thank you!

I recommend Angie Brothers because of her ability to assess the client's individual needs and provide service with that personal touch.
