    My husband and I are moving to Knoxville from out of state, and both have jobs that do not allow a lot of free time to spend searching for homes. Moving is stressful enough even locally, and especially when you are working a lot and moving three states away to a totally unfamiliar area. We are so grateful to have been referred to Anita Scarbrough by one of the realtors and friends with whom we had worked in our home state. This is the fourth home we have purchased in the past ten years (some are non-primary residences/investments) and we have sold two properties, so we are quite familiar with how difficult home buying and selling can be. Anita went above and beyond in every aspect- from FaceTime walkthroughs to scheduling a marathon day looking through homes with my parents for us. She is absolutely exceptional at her job and combines that with the utmost level of professionalism, kindness, responsiveness and flexibility. She worked with us and our needs to help us find and purchase our new home and shared her insights so that we found exactly what we needed. She also was always available, answered our questions, and helped us navigate this out of state move. I also really appreciated her effort to really get to know us as people even though it was over a month of just getting to know us via FaceTime before she ever met us! It made both my husband and I feel incredibly valued as clients. The overall home buying process was so streamlined and hassle free that it took much stress off of us. If we could give her 10 stars, we would! My husband and I will be forever grateful to have worked with Anita, found a beautiful home in Knoxville and highly recommend working with her if you are buying or selling a home in East Tennessee!
