Buyer reviewAnne Marie Holzheimer made the process very smooth and handled all the questions we had as nervous first-time buyers. We came to Anne Marie with a demanding set of circumstances: we had to find and close on a house in less than three months. We also did not have a huge budget and had to find a place accessible for both our jobs. Anne Marie came through with flying colors. She had us looking at houses in only a couple days. We closed on a lovely house a week before our deadline. We love this house and it is perfect for us. Anne Marie turned what seemed like an impossible situation into a great experience. I would recommend Anne Marie to other home buyers, and I would use her again if we ever need to buy or sell a house.

Seller reviewAnne Marie sold our home after we had already moved to Long Island, which could have been a much more challenging process. She had to coordinate showings with my parents, who were staying in our home during the time of the sale. Anne Marie was wonderful with coordinating these showings, and showed my parents a great deal of consideration and respect, which was very meaningful to me. She offered us excellent guidance regarding the various offers that came in, and provided us with a great referral for our attorney. I cannot say enough about how effective, thoughtful and considerate Anne Marie has been throughout our entire relationship. If ever we return to NJ, she will be the first person we speak to about our housing needs. When it comes time for my sister and her family to purchase a home, we have already recommended Anne Marie as a realtor. Our heartfelt thanks go to Anne Marie for all that she has done for us!

Seller reviewAnne Marie (Amy) Holzheimer was very professional and a pleasure to work with. She gave me really great advice on changes to make in my house, which is why it sold in 4 days. Her pricing of my house brought approx. 40+ showings in 4 days, even during really bad weather. (I think there was a hurricane one day). I would definitely recommend her to someone trying to sell their home.

Buyer reviewAnne was great in helping us getting into our new home. Being a new construction there were a few hiccups on the builders side but Anne made sure to stay on them every step of the way and we actually were in the home more than a month sooner then expected.
