Tony listened very closely to what we had to say about everything we had done to our home and lot. He is a very patient individual and has very good knowledge of the area. A real pleasure to work with. Tony listed the house right away and took several pictures which made the process quicker and great results. Actually had a contract in 4 days. I am very impressed with Antonio De La Rosa's ability to comunicate with me , I live in Houston and we were able to take care of everything through email and phone. Since I am not familer with the area he was able to price to sell . He would get back to me with the answers that I had in a timely and manner. We had a buyer withdraw the week of closing, but that was not the fault of Tony or the Century 21 firm. It meant basically starting over; which Tony handled well eventually closing the sale of the property to another party. This was certainly not something any of us had expected. However, Tony dealt with it professionally and advised us on to proceed. Tony allowed us to make the final decision on these matters and was willing to offer his professional opinion without compromising the position of any parties involved.
