I called April out of the blue looking for a BPO on property that I was going to be foreclosing. She promptly completed her assignment, and the value she gave was not only accurate but DEAD on.June 2015
After I completed my foreclosure, she met with me to inspect the property inside and out. She had already lined up a locksmith, and a clean up crew to complete jobs that need to be done that same day. She handled utilities, and invoicing from the contractors given the jobs associated with my property.
