I served our country as a military wife whose spouse was an active member of the United States Air Force.
I was a corporate wife whose spouse was transferred several times long distance. Several of those moves were through a relocation firm.

She knows the market and she pays particular attention to details and she's trustworthy She kept this contract together with her support, confidence, and knowledge. I would use her again for sure! Selling or buying a home is an important consideration. I want someone I can trust, someone who pays attention to the details, and someone who stays on top of the market. We had very little time to look for and purchase a new home in Cape and Barbara knew what questions to ask us, what information she needed, and what was important to us to narrow down our choices to a manageable number. Since we were checking out homes long-distance (we're from Maryland), Barbara was more than willing to visit properties we were interested in and take extra photos and even videos to help answer our questions or address whatever concerns we had. She was always available to us, day or night, weekday or weekend. Barbara made what would otherwise have been an overwhelmingly stressful circumstance (buying a home and moving cross-country) pleasant and manageable. She provided useful feedback on neighborhoods, proximity to SEMO and related services, and quickly coordinated a repair job needed as the result of the original homeowners' move out from the property. It was seamless.
