Barbara is very knowledgeable of the local area. She has gone the extra mile and then some. Made us feel right at home. Took all the appropriate steps/actions to address any and all the problems, concerns and issues that arose during our search and purchase of a home. She just didn't stop upon closing but has helped and followed up with two problems that had not been resolved when we had our walk through. Barbara is very professional and as I mentioned previously, nothing is too much or too hard for her. She is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients.
Barbara is very knowledgeable when it comes to selling houses. She is constantly in contact with her clients letting them know what is going on every step in the process of the purchase of a house, from beginning through Closing.
We had a few issues at Closing that had not been resolved, and Barbara called us to see if the work had been completed. She even offered to be at the house when the workmen were there if we couldn't be there. Now, that is going beyond the call of duty!

I have used Barbara Cornwell as my realtor not just buying one home, but two. I would not hesitate having her for a third. One being a foreclosure, the other a short sale. Her knowledge of navigating through the many twists and turns that come with those more complex home sales is very impressive and it put me at ease through the whole process knowing I had her in my corner. Barbara really went above and beyond to make sure I understood information, processes, and provided reassurance when I needed it. I appreciate her attention to detail, honesty, and just being an all around good person who cares about you as an individual. Time of day never mattered to her. if I had a question or concern she was there for me. I have, and will continue to reccomend her to friends and family purchasing or selling a home.

We were new to the area and Barbara was very helpful in explaining the areas, costs, pros and cons of all the areas we looked at. She worked very hard at finding us just the right property and securing a builder. Throughout the build process, she kept in contact and worked as our translator with the builder when we weren't all speaking the same language. She was easy to talk to and work with and is clearly knowledgeable about the area, sales trends, and the real estate process in general. Highly recommend her!

The biggest factor was that Barbara promptly returned my call, was very knowledgeable of the area, went out of her way to meet with me on my schedule to view properties and assisted me in weighing the pros and cons of the properties until We found the property to meet my needs.November 2015
I could have not asked for a better person to guide me through all the process. Barbara went above and beyond when she went to the local courthouse/zoning with me to get the right information to assist in moving my manufactured home to the property I bought.
I can't say enough about Barbara and her dedication to helping her clients. I am really happy that I found her because she made what I would call a stressful search for property so easy for me with her support and knowledge of zoning and property requirements.
There is no doubt that I would recommend Barbara to others and definitely will call on Barbara for any future purchases or sales. I had such a positive experience with her that I have requested her assistance in finding a Century 21 in Columbia SC to help me sell or rent my home there.

I one day decided to buy a home. Was driving down the road and saw a sign that said century 21 new millennium and the agent was Barbra Cornwell. I said this is the best place to start.
