Ben deserved every penny he made from the sales commission. He took care of several issues that I would have expected me to do but because I had already moved out of town Ben offered to perform the tasks himself.

Ben always responded very quickly when I left messages for him but most of the time when I called he would answer his phone immediately.

As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions. Ben was always quick to answer and always available. No matter the location or the time, Ben was always available to walk us through a house. The house we decided to put an offer on was a house we looked at on a Friday night. After deciding to put the offer in, we called Ben and he started getting everything ready at 10 pm on a Friday. We couldn't be happier that Ben helped us get into our first house.
