BJ and Jennifer walked me through the whole entire home buying process, paid attention to detail and explained what I should looking for when doing a walk through of a home. Both BJ and Jennifer were so patient with me and reassured me that I will find my dream home! BJ and Jennifer didn't treat me like another sales goal! They treated me as if I was their daughter buying her first home.

BJ is really a wonderful and kind person that I have ever met. He directed me every step I went and provided me helpful information through house purchasing process. He gave advice (pros and cons) about my decision to get me more insight thoughts. He is trusted person who are willing to help others without purposes. I would recommend him to anyone who need help in purchasing a new house.

This is the third house we have purchased. BJ, has an ethical and professional rapport that is beyond belief. He practically bent over backwards to assist us in the purchase of our home. His vast knowledge and tact in dealing with other (sellers) realtors is something that is not taught. But is acquired through time and experience to which he does not lack.His enthusiasm bring absolute credit to his actions and to Century 21. We have looked for houses as far north as Galveston and as far south as South Padre Island. Although BJ works in San Antonio he went out of his way to show us homes in Aransas pass, Rockport, Portland and many other areas. Bj has a home in Rockport and grew up fishing the area so we knew he had good knowledge of the areas we wanted to live in. That being said, not only was he our realtor he became a friend in such a short time. His keen observation of our likes and dislikes allowed him to show us houses that were of our taste, without the waste of time by looking at houses that we'd probably wouldn't be interested in.
