The Bob & Gail McLain Team consists of Bob & Gail McLain. Bob McLain is a Professional PCS, Relocation and New Home Specialist with over a decade of experience assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. His wife, Gail McLain, also enjoys working with folks relocating to the area as well as helping local homeowners sell their homes and purchase a new one. Bob is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP designation), certified New Home Specialist, certified Marketing Specialist, USAA Certified, Multi-Million Dollar Club, a lifetime member of the Columbus Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence, Phenix City Board of Realtors Circle of Merit 2011,2012, 2013 & 2015, a facilitator of Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University and a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Ellerslie, Georgia. Bob's favorite activity is working with clients/customers but he also enjoys working outside and walking his German Shepherd dogs around the 5 acres of his home. He loves flying so when he and Gail go on vacation trips, it usually includes a flight to get there! Gail has a degree in finance from Columbus State University, and is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP designation), a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Phenix City Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is a retired Wells Fargo Bank Vice President with 15 years of financial management and training experience. Gail is a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church where she has facilitated the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University course and volunteers on the Church Jail Ministry. When she is not working with clients/customers, Gail enjoys working in her sewing room, or being outside with her chickens, working in the yard and playing with her new puppy! And, of course, she loves to travel with Bob! Gail has a passion for cooking and enjoys preparing meals for her family in her new cook-friendly kitchen! Bob worked diligently for my family and was always quick to respond to our requests and needs. Bob McLain was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only was he prompt, he was extremely thorough. His professionalism was only overshadowed by his desire to serve my family. If Bob McLain left Century 21 and represented another Realty agency, I would not hesitate to take my business to him again. There is not one single thing I could recommend that Bob McLain could improve on. He is dedicated to his craft and has long since mastered it. He was our first and only realtor and has set the bar unbelievably high for your industry to follow. He listened to our needs and wants and used his knowledge of the area and inventory to provide several suitable options of houses and builders. As a result our ten days house hunting time was enough to find something. I would happily recommend Bob to family and friends because he is responsive to the needs of his clients, warm, courteous and genuine.

Seller reviewWe had contacted Bob and Gail after receiving their referral from the Dave Ramsey ELP program. Our first meeting with Gail was an interview to learn more about their team and mission. After speaking with her and learning about their marketing program, we determined that we had no time to lose. We listed our house with McLain and Batson team that day. A week and a half later, we had a contract on our house. Gail was helpful through the entire process, which went incredibly smoothly.
