Buyer reviewBrad was a great help to my wife and I in all aspects of our purchase. He was patient, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make us comfortable with the process. He offered no BS and volunteered his own uncertainty on a couple of minor issues, but he did his homework and came back with a confident answer. I would recommend Brad to anyone who asks. Buyer reviewBrad was extremely attentive to our needs. Responded quickly. Was a good advocate on our behalf. He always responded within a very short time frame to any questions or issues that arose. He went out of his way to do whatever we needed. We were purchasing from across the country and he made the process easy. We did not see the property until right before closing, so we relied on him fully for information. He intervened on our behalf when necessary and gathered any information we needed. His communication skills were excellent, using a variety of means of communicating, including email, phone calls, video calls, and texting. It was a pleasure to work with him. Brad did an excellent job. Brad was selected by realtor.com when we expressed interest in properties in the area and he did not disappoint.
