I am from Huron County and have lived in the area most of my life. My real estate experience has enabled me to provide the very highest standards of service to my clients during every step of the buying and selling process. Buyer reviewIf you are looking for someone that is on your side; That will fight for what you want while ensuring that you have a polite and pleasant experience, look no further than Brenda Young. Our dream home was almost taken off the market, but Brenda was able to work with the selling agent for a higher offer, and we are now owners of a wonderful home, excited to start the next chapter of our lives. In our case, going with anyone else over Brenda was never an option. We owe her a lifetime of gratitude that we will never be able to repay. I urge you to shop smart, identify what you want that is within budget. Shop around with different mortgage lenders for the lowest APR and interest rate. I cannot stress this enough. For all things outside of your own personal control, Brenda will have you covered. If she is unable to do something herself, she has a wonderful list of contacts that we used for home insurance, appraisals, inspectors etc. The only downside I'll have for Brenda is that she isn't available for all sales. I would love to recommend her to family and friends on the east coast, but that is a bit of a hike for her. You couldn't ask for anyone better within her own service area.

She just did so much extra to make this sale easy for me. I am a business owner, so I can appreciate all that she did. She was business like, helpful, great personality, quick to answer any questions that I threw at her.....all that I could ask for in a sales person. If I sell my main house or hear anyone ask about buying or selling a house, I would give them Brenda Young's card in a flash. I was very comfortable with her, and I feel lucky to have gotten her as my agent.

Seller reviewI called several realtors. Brenda was the only one to do a follow up phone call. I was really impressed with how even keel and straightforward she was. She was very practical in suggesting things that had to be done to the house. Kept me from dumping a bunch of money into the bathroom! She was also very calm no matter what happened. She was great about re-doing the listing analysis after I had a fair amount of work done to the house. House was sold for 11k over asking. Couldn't be happier with her work!
