I have used Brian for 2 home purchases over the past 2 years, and both experiences have been phenomenal from start to finish. Brian is extremely professional and prompt in all aspects of the negotiations, and he takes the time to explain the complicated pieces to his clients so they really feel involved in all aspects. He comes in very well prepared for each individual sale and personal situation, and continues to be on top of changes as they arise. He is readily available at all times for any questions and concerns that came up. And most importantly, he's just a nice and personable individual who is fun to be around and talk to. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

It was with us as well. Brian always kept us well informed, and kept us up to date at each stage of the transaction. Documents were sent to us just as soon as he could forward them. He also explained each step of what we were doing, why we needed to do it, or other options we might have.
Brian was readily available by text, phone or email. He would be a great agent for anyone buying or selling a house.
