Buyer reviewBeing a husband/wife team I was essentially getting 2 realtors for the price of 1. Each realtor has special skills and made my selling/purchase very simple. Ty Brian and Ruth They always answered any questions quickly and if needed, got back to me later if the answers took a little time Everyone was very professional. Made it seem like a routine, and I had no worries I consider Brian and Ruth friends. Very happy with everything

Buyer reviewWe couldn't have picked a better team! Brian and Ruth went WAY above our expectations. They were THERE for US every step of the way! They understood EXACTLY what we were looking for, and they FOUND the PERFECT home for us! It meets ALL of our criteria! I wish there were "BEYOND EXCELLENT" spaces for some of these categories! They were the NICEST people we met on our journey "home"! They were MORE than "patient" with some of the "dumb" questions we had, and went BEYOND "knowledgeable" on their RESPONSES to these questions! We actually LEARNED a lot of things we would have NEVER known! If we EVER find out ANYBODY is planning a move in this part of Texas, we WILL tell them to call the Woods! Not much more to be said, they are THE BEST at what they do! We even contacted them AFTER the sale for some referrals and suggestions and they came through again!

Buyer reviewThis was the first time I've purchased a home alone. Mrs. Woods was exceptional in patience and listening to my needs, showing me homes (even at the last minute) and answering all my questions. If I ever sell/buy another home, she is my person. Most importantly, I trusted her. As long as Ruth Woods is with Century 21 First Group, I'll consider Century 21 First Group. It wasn't the "group" I sought, it was the realtor. If she changes groups, then it is her that I will refer, not the group.

Seller reviewI would recommend Century 21 First Group to anyone wanting to sell their home in the NE Texas area. My home was viewed every day and I was contacted about each showing. I had 2 offers before one week was completed and my closing went through just fine. I would highly recommend Ruth Woods as a superb agent. She was on top of everything and didn't hesitate to let me know what I needed to do on my end to get things done either! I moved out of state before closing so she was just awesome making sure everything was smooth right to the end.
