I knew he had been working in real estate business for many years. I had always heard that he was very capable. I felt very comfortable talking with him. He understood my situation. He had seen this before.May 2020
I cannot complain. He did everything he said he would do, in a timely manner.
I was impressed. Cannot say enough about the work put into this business to help me.
I though he was very professional. This was not an easy time to do business. I felt he did a great job.
Staff was great. This was a really difficult time with COVID-19.

Mr Bailey was professional ,polite and helpful. We called him at all hours and he was there step by step to make sure we had all our concerns taken care of.
we had zoning problems that Mr. Bailey solved , he made over 7 trips to the county to correct the lot lines and taxs. He went beyond the call of an agent.

BUD BAILEY IS THE AGENT'S AGENT...WHENEVER I CALLED WITH A QUESTION HE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME QUICKLY AND WITH THE CORRECT ANSWER..HE DEFINITELY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND KNOWS HIS JOB WELL!
