Seller reviewCandace took care of the entire sale with assistance by Teresa. I live in Wisconsin and was not on site at any time so they handled the entire project themselves. Candace arranged for the renter to move out, making arrangements for any improvements to be done and informing me of everything. I could not have completed the sale without their involvement. I can not say enough about my experience with Candace. She is a professional and above all, compassionate in understanding my situation and needs. I would recommend her to anyone who wanted to buy or sell property in the Chico area. This was a very emotional and stressful project for me. Candace and Teresa took me by the hand and made all arrangements themselves while keeping me in the loop. They took the time to go over each document with me (explaining everything) so I would fill out all required documents properly. They assisted me the whole way through instead of being totally over my head in paperwork and decisions.
