Buyer reviewCara went above and beyond in assisting us with finding and purchasing our home. She went a further distance than her normal territory for us. Cara assisted with the negotiated amount of our purchase offer. Cara was present for the inspection on our behalf, set up getting estimates for the work needed. She assisted us in negotiating a second price reduction due to the high estimate to get the deficiencies found during inspection rectified. She also assisted by asking the general contractor who gave the estimate for repair to take care of needed repairs, even though it is outside his normal range, as well. Cara is extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and considerate. We would use her services again as well as referring her to anyone we know who may be looking for a new home.

Buyer reviewHi, We meet Cara long before we meet. YouTube! I watched her for about 9 months. We had meet and interviewed other agents prior to selecting Cara. When we weren't finding a fit we decided let's meet Cara from YouTube. This wasn't typical for us to pursue this route but we gave it a try. Cara was awesome! I'm glad we meet her and we're able to go through the process together. She was always there for us before, during and after. We still text which is great as I enjoyed her company as much as her knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Cara!

Seller reviewI first interacted with Cara on a Facebook group she founded and moderates called "Living in Asheville." She seemed very knowledgeable in area real estate markets and eagerly and enthusiastically promoted the area. When I contacted Cara to talk about selling our suburban Asheville townhome, she was very eager to help us. Cara went all-out to advertise our home. Her photographer shot some absolutely gorgeous drone shots of the property. Cara offered to host an open house on the very first Sunday that the house was on the market. Because of Cara's asvertising and local expertise, that open house never happened because, Cara sold our home the very FIRST day it was listed! We have since left the Asheville area but, as we look back on the experience... we definitely have to thank Cara for all she did for us. We HIGHLY recommend the expertise of Cara Fiano... whether you are buying OR selling your home. Thank you, Cara!
