There has not been one time I have regretted choosing Carissa Batson as my realtor. October 2015
I tried shopping around, and at one time I had contact with 4 different realtors, but they all did the same thing. Send me yet another e-mail with yet another link to the same MLS search tool that all the other realtors have already sent me more than once. Two of the other realtors I never even spoke to, they did not want to call me and said they preferred to text, even when I said I didn't want to be texted!
I was using Zillow to search for homes and found an open house in Yukon on a Sunday afternoon. I was attending a family event two hours away and would arrive after the open house hours would have ended, but Carissa stayed later than advertised just so I could see the home. I added a 5th realtor to my list, but that list shrank to one rapidly as I had more contact with Carissa even though she was not the first realtor I had spoken to.
She started good and got better, she knew what I was looking for and was able to pick up on my sense of style, and what I was looking for in a home very quickly, after a short time, about a week, the search was almost completed. She was very receptive to my comments and responsive to my questions, always there with another option.
To close, there has not been another person that has impressed me with their dedication, and attentiveness more than Carissa Batson
