Our home sold after being on the market for 5 days. Carol Jo did a wonderful job in staging the house and property. Her Open House strategy was key in getting the final offers that sold our house. Carol Jo can be a bit unconventional at times but she is a wonderful, friendly person who sold herself to three different people to earn the contract. I would work with her again in a heart beat.
