We were in constant contact all day every day evaluating new listings and whenever a listing came up with serious potential we went and saw it that day and put our offer in immediately. Once my offer was made he was in constant contact with the selling agent to evaluate the strength of our chances. I think that was a critical factor in getting the house I did at the price I got it and I am very impressed at the amount of effort Cary put in to my purchase.
