She took the lead from start to finish by emailing me listing, making important phone calls to other third parties (inspection, banker, providing phone number for utilities to be transferred). She kept me abreast of each step in the process. She did the leg work and that was very important to me due to working in another city and having limited time to handle business during the week. She was friendly, easy to talk to and very professional. Very important to me - she offered to drive me to the closing and I accepted. As we went about to separate, she informed me that just because she had completed the sale, it did not end, she said I could call at anytime with questions and concerns. My wife and I are both Active Duty military members that received an assignment to Maxwell AFB. We went through the USAA home buyers program, and they selected Ms. Cathee Gipson for us as our realtor. As soon as we signed up, Ms. Gipson was notified that she was our realtor and contacted us immediately. From then and still several months after she helped us find our house, she has been AMAZING! Cathee was very dedicated to being our agent, and helping us find exactly what we wanted. She understands the military lifestyle, and was not afraid to make suggestions to make us think of things that we had not thought of.

We have three kids, and she understands the challenges of shopping for a house with kids in tow. She completely planned our shopping days with the kids in mind, setting aside times for breaks and lunches.

When we narrowed down our list of houses that we were interested in, Cathee took that list, scrubbed it thoroughly, and made notes and suggestions based off that list. She knows her job and knows the market; she analyzed our list and gave us honest feedback, and things to consider, as well as other potential houses. In other words, Cathee is excellent at getting a feel for what her clients want and is not afraid to tell them things that others may not want to...of course she does it in the most professional of ways.

Cathee is also extremely patient. We never felt rushed or pressured at any time. Also, another quality, which is very important to us, is a sense of humor; Cathee has a very good sense of humor, and talks to you like a real person...there is nothing fake about her.

After we had found a house we liked, Cathee worked diligently to work the deal for us; furthermore, she was very forthright and honest with us in regards to the offers and counter-offers we were making, Meaning that, she was not afraid to give us her professional opinion on whether or not she thought our offer was a smart move, or too low/too high. Cathee made the deal happen very quickly, and we couldn't have been happier with the deal that was made.

Even after buying the house, Cathee has been extremely helpful with everything from suggestions on local contractors/businesses to information about the local area.

The bottom line is that Cathee thought of every way to make this a successful and pleasurable event for us, and it was clear that she wasn't trying to just sell a house. I HIGHLY recommend Ms. Cathee Gipson if you want to have a great home buying experience!
