My name is Cathy Ott and Kingman is my home-I'd like to make it yours, too! With a background in banking & finance, it seemed natural to move into a real estate profession, where I can introduce more people to Kingman and actively work to make "my town" grow. I am on the Board of Directors for the Kingman Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors for AZ Town Hall, a Member of Rotary International and active in church & volunteer work. I have raised 5 children, being also blessed w/ 3 grandchildren.

As Cathy Ott walked through my house to evaluate it, she pointed out the special things she liked about the house and yard with excitement. She was viewing and appreciating it from the prospective of a buyer. She wasn't just a polished and professional realtor, which is not to say she wasn't professional, for she was. October 2016
Cathy was clear when explaining details, even when she had to expand on the explanation. Since this was my first experience at selling a house and I was out of town the entire time it was on the market, she had to do lots of clarifying. As my printer was unavailable, she or her assistant also made sure i had printed copies of the materials i needed and not just PDFs.
Cathy is honest and deals with her client with integrity. She friendly and easy to talk to.
