Charles and his father Cliff went above and beyond to help us, show us property immediately, and make us feel like they weren't trying to just make a sale. They genuinely wanted us to find the right home for our family. They were there to help us to understand the entire process of what was happening. Charles even contacted us after business hours on his own time to let us know details of what we were worried about along the way. We will definitely be referring anyone we know that is looking to purchase or rent in the area to this agent.
