We were not from the area, so we chose based on reveiwing realtors on line. We chose based on who it seemed best fit our needs. Charlie and Gary exceeded our expectations by more than we could have ever expected. No one else we could have chosen could have done a better job for us! They went above and beyond on everything we needed or asked. I'm only sorry that I can't use Carlie and Gary in other locations we may want to purchase real estate. And I will say that Charlie and Gary have spoiled us when it comes to any other realtor we might ever work with in the future, because no other realtor will ever measure up to Charlie and Gary!!! They made purchasing this home a very enjoyable experience! They were perfect in every way! They are the best!!!

Charlie and Gary are absolutely wonderful! I cannot recommend them enough when looking to sell your home. Being a first-time seller was as, if not more, stressful as being a first-time buyer. They were both very informative, patient, and knowledgeable about the entire process. With only having a short turnaround time of listing date to when I was moving, they were able to work within the timeline and kept the entire process as stress-free as possible.
