My name is Chris Toulouse and I am eager to represent you as your agent. I have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration: Marketing from Lake Superior State University and am a member of the Delta Mu Delta fraternity. I achieved this degree not only as a way to better myself, but to also show my children that anything you want in life can be earned if you work hard.

I have lived here in Sault Ste. Marie for more than 20 years now, where my wife and I have raised our daughter and two sons. Over the years we loved taking our children on "mini vacations" all over the Upper Peninsula, giving me an opportunity to get to know the U.P. quite well. Since my daughter has started her own family now, I now spend a lot of my leisure time with my granddaughter either going to the park or taking her out on lunch dates.

Chris Toulouse noticed my search for a house while he was on vacation. It was around 1:00 am. Through text he let me know he saw my searches. We made a date and time for next day. Through the whole house buying process he was always available to answer our questions. Was never agitated when he had to explain a process 2nd or 3rd time. He is a delightful and compassionate person. He has integrity.

Chris is an awesome broker,and his dilligence was over the top,once we contacted Chris and told him what type of property we were looking for,Chris worked very hard to help us find our dream home and property,he never waiver ed and was in constant contact with us,and was very informative about the whole process,Chris became a friend,and not just a broker.we worked as an unbeatable team to make everything happen and because this was a completely new process and experience for us,he worked very hard to help us accomplish this new home ownership. Chris explained everything,and especially when it came to every aspect of this whole process. This man worked day and night to help us and was always in contact with us to help make this all happen.

As I said,this became a friendship

As I had mentioned previously,our relationship with Chris became a friendship,not just a business venture,and Chris never stopped through the whole process,as new home owners,Chris helped us in every way,and if it was something he didn't know,it didn't take him long to get the answers.We became a team and because we had never bought a home before he was very thorough in explaining everything.We couldn't have done this without Chris,and I have never experienced any realtor who worked as hard as Chris.

Chris was in constant contact with us,day and night,and sometimes things went into the late hours of night and weekends,but Chris was always there,he really made this all happen. Chris's knowledge of the area,and business connections when we hit a few ripples,made everything work smoothly.

We are very happy to have met Chris,and our friendship has become more of a family relationship,than just a real estate deal.we are very lucky to have connected with Chris,and even after the whole process has finished,Chris is always in touch with us in case there is anything he can help us with or answer our questions.

We will refer Chris to everyone we know when it comes to finding a realtor who works non stop through the whole process of buying a home.

Chris deserves so much more recognition than what I could say throughout this survey,but he never stopped working for us.

We had looked at property with a broker from another company one time and she was pushy and told us if it was in our price range and we saw it and she didn't bring it to our attention that we needed to trust her and not even look at the house. I am sorry but I want to make those decisions for myself. She also wanted proof of income availability right away before she would even book a showing for us. These things prompted us to call around for another agent, this is how we came across Chris and we are so glad we did!!

Chris was great to work with! He really listened to our wants and needs. He was always prompt with any correspondence and kept us in the loop about everything along the way. He was a pleasure and we would seek him out and hire him again!

The only negative experience I had was with Huntington National Bank. Chris took every negative experience and turned it into a positive by going above and beyond to do what was necessary to make my house buying transaction successful. I have a very busy, full time work schedule and was working on getting a house during the holiday season. Chris was willing to call, email, text and even come visit me at work to keep quick and clear communication every step of the way. He was even willing to meet after house to see houses and deal with paperwork. I couldn't imagine using anyone but Chris!
