Ms. Butler was a 1st recommendation of a Flip Investor in the area. The property is in a low appreciation area and had considerable deferred maintenance issues with poor curb appeal. Cindy Butler handled the sale of my mom's home. She gave me good feedback as to the things that might need attention before we put it on the market and then she followed through with all the details. I think what truly sold me on Cindy was her enthusiasm for the house! We had interviewed with other agencies and never felt that they would be inspired to truly "sell" this house to potential buyers. Cindy always made me feel like she was proud to sell it for us. That meant a lot! The sale went so smoothly that closing was a perfect breeze!
