After deciding to list and sell my home using Cindy Papes, I gave her a call to meetOctober 2015
with her to discuss the listing and to sign a listing agreement. Pictures and room measurements were taken for the MLS and she guided me through the process of preparing my home for showings. Then I sat back and relaxed. The next thing I knew, we had an offer! Cindy constantly kept me updated on the progress of the offer and the sale. Exactly twelve weeks from the date of signing the listing agreement, we signed papers and the house was sold!
I personally wanted to feel at ease with the real estate agent whom I chose and be confident about her expertise in selling my house. Cindy Papes scored a "10" on both!
