Clive was right on target with the correct price point for the Town. Clive was always agreeable to our open house suggestions and immediately contacted us with the results. Also made the sale happen quickly consider the situation. Having a renter in the home made it a bit more challenging, but he knew how to make it happen with all party's involved..... seller...renter.... and the buyer!!!!
