The broker proved to be a huge pain in the ass, but Courtney was always polite and professional and always came through for us. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea that the process was so intensive, but she was always there for me to calm my nerves and bring me back to earth. Even my mortgage lender was super impressed by Courtney's professionalism; she really knocked it out of the park!
