Dan has been a "client first" agent with Century 21 Excellence since December 2013, earning the trust of buyers and sellers with his dedication to their real estate needs. Since his first year in the business, when he received his brokerage's "Rookie of The Year" award, Dan has gone on to win Gold and Silver Sales Awards each year by being accessible to his clients at all times and keeping steady and reliable communication with all sides of transactions. A creative and tough negotiator, Dan has long been a familiar name and personality to Central Ohio residents via his nearly three decades as a radio host and local musician.

A solo musical performer as well as leader of the band The Dan Orr Project, Dan is a regular entertainer every year on the Buckeye Cruise for Cancer, which raises several millions of dollars every cruise (as well as through cruise-related events throughout the year) for The Urban and Shelley Meyer Fund for Cancer at The James Cancer Hospital. He also participates in multiple annual fund raisers for Easter Seals, and volunteers his time for his daughter's high school band program.

A fan of music, sports, comedies and biographies, Dan lives in Blacklick with his wife, daughter, stepson and Bichon Frise.
