When ever asked why I chose Real Estate, my answer has always been because it is my passion and runs in my blood. My grand-mother was a Realtor and cared for me when I was young. Her and my grandfather built and sold many homes and upon his death, she supported and raised 5 children on her own as a Realtor. I loved going with her to houses and watching her help people with their homes.

My parent's owned the oldest interior design and Window covering company in town and in 2004 I took over ownership of the company. In 2009 West Coast Draperies & Interiors helped design and donated all of the window coverings for the Extreme Home Makeover of the Riojas' home. I have always found joy in helping people find and make houses into homes. In addition to extensive interior design experience, I also specialize in rural properties. In 2010, I took a position with my husband's family's company as CFO of Nerison Pump Service, Inc. that specialized in residential water well systems. In 2016 my love for Real Estate led to my final decision to devote my full attention to my passion.

Also in 2004, I married my husband, Josh, who accepted a position with Buffalo Police Department which brought us to this area. We have 4 children, Ryer, Mason, Naevi & Jax. We attend Summit Church, we like to be active in our children's schools and sports teams, and are active in the community as much as possible.
