Someone who could also guide us on home improvement decisions that would provide a return of our money and more. David's experience helped us make the right decisions to bring the house to market and find the buyer within 10 days of listing. It was also important to have a real estate partner who is well networked in the real estate community. David has a great reputation building on integrity and doing the right thing for buyers and sellers and fellow realtors. Our home sale and closing went very smoothly with no problems.
