David was especially helpful in getting the property in good, saleable condition, and helped me hire (and supervise) several local workmen who needed to do some repairs to the prperty. Because I live outside of the area, I really needed someone local, like David, to help shepherd me throughb the process of finding trustworthy workmen to effect these repairs and ensure that they did a good job. I highly recommend David.
