Debbie Attwood is an outstanding, trustworthy broker and my wife and I already recommend her to everyone we know. My kids will use her if she's still in the market at that time, that's how much we love her. This was our 2nd time working with Debbie and she always goes above and beyond and has your best interest at heart. Her experience in this market is next to no one, she's at the top of her class. If you speak with Debbie for two minutes you immediately see her knowledge and expertise. Debbie Attwood made what can sometimes be a difficult and painful process very stress free for our family.

I thought Debbie Atwood was very understanding of my particular situation: my house condition was not too good and I was overwhelmed. I bought the house 27 years ago and let things go, and therefore, I needed to know what was required in order to sell it. I had been neglectful and undecided on what to do and Debbie's professional guidance was key. My fiancé and I recognized Debbie as a positive, professional real estate agent genuinely wanting to help me/us.

I believe that Debbie offered an honest evaluation, realistic advice of options and costs. She printed out information for me and most importantly, gave me space and time to think things through and make a decision to sell. That was significant since it took me years to get in the mess I was in and then months to make the decision to get out of it.

My fiance and I really liked Debbie and felt she was uniquely knowledgeable, down to earth, professional and patient. We trusted her immediately. We called her several months later and did not consider anyone else to work with the entire time it took us to figure things out.

Debbie kept in touch during those pending months and kept us informed what the market was doing without pressure. That was what I needed to help me make my decision to move forward to sell.

Debbie recommended financial information as well. My fiancé met with the loan officer and she was able to immediately and easily improve her credit score. Debbie's recommendation proved to be sound advice and we are truly appreciative.

We found the house we love in an area we never thought we'd live in but loved and wished for. She recommended us to take a look at the house we nowned own although initially we passed it up. Everything worked out so wonderfully well because of Debbie's real estate experience and efforts. She was always available for us and if not, we worked together easily and without any hassles!

Debbie also helped us with negotiations upon the house inspection. Things went smoothly and we're pleased with the information she obtained for us.

My fiancé and I hope to send Debbie Atwood a client as that would be our ultimate way to show her our appreciation for what she helped us achieve! We really like Debbie and will work with her again for sure!

Debbie Atwood knew going into the sale that I had difficulties such as getting the residents moved out. Debbie tried to help her find another place to live.

Also the property needed a great deal of clean up, Which also took a lot of time.
