Debbie Horner had found my house for me 17 years ago and I was very pleased with that transaction. Our sons were friends during elementary school, so I knew her through that relationship. Debbie had to deal with a very difficult buyer of my prior house as well (very demanding and high maintenance), but handled it with ease, so I knew that I wanted to work with her again! I had originally received an offer above the listed price, but they backed out because of the HOA restrictions. No one could have predicted that. The final offer was a bit lower than I would have liked, but I trusted Debbie's advice based on the proximity to the holidays, etc. which made the actual sale price satisfactory.
