Seller reviewWe knew Dennis before he got into selling real estate. He did a great job for us in prior endeavors, and we became friends through those contacts. When we were thinking about selling, he was our first choice. Dennis stayed right on top of our sale. Since we had moved prior to the sale, he needed to be the guardian of the place, and he did a fine job keeping an eye out and resolving any matters that arose. He quickly informed us of any activity regarding the house and property. so we were confident he would not let anything untoward happen. Dennis ended up doing some footwork that the buyer's realtor should have done. When questions arose, he got the answers we needed and the balls rolling to make the sale run smoothly and on time. Everything that happened was above board, clear and concise. Simply put, Dennis was there for us.

Seller reviewOn initial visit he came prepared with comps in surrounding neighborhood, explained marketing and the outreach of Century 21. He listened to my needs and opinions of pricing and together we came to an agreement of a selling price. He marketed the house with good pictures, and in 30 days had the house sold. He always kept me informed and worked in my best of interest. And besides all of that has a great personality! It was a pleasure to work with Dennis in a life changing transaction. I APPRECIATE all that he did to make this as easy as possible.
